What the award means
The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and HSBC Business Awards celebrate the very best of UK small business, recognising businesses that show real innovation, resilience, and impact. To be named the regional winner for South West and Wales, in a category full of brilliant, ambitious businesses, is something we are incredibly proud of.

It is validation that you don’t have to compromise values to build something meaningful, that a business can be led by purpose and still be taken seriously.

What happens next
