Delivery policy
The Pure Option uses Royal Mail tracked service.
We will send you a tracking reference and you will be notified of a delivery day and you will have the opportunity to rearrange a delivery should you be available to receive your order
Refund policy
We pride ourselves on the award winning quality of our products so we want you to be happy with your purchases so you can return your item to us in an unused state up to 30 days from date ordering with our no quibble guarantee.
