Payment policy
Payment is required in full upon placing orders through Stripe payment.
Delivery policy
I aim to despatch within 3 days unless the products are made to order. We offer 3-5 working day delivery as standard.
Standard delivery charge is £3.95, free orders over £20.
Refund policy
I give full refund in case of faulty/damaged items when reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within a day or before despatch whichever the soonest.
