Delivery policy

Items will be shipped by the processing date given.
Processing time for preparing orders is 1-3 business days. Delivery time is in addition to this.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by Lily Bee Party.
Standard shipping is 2nd Class.

Refund policy

Buyers may contact me within 24 hours to cancel orders, after this items are likely to have been processed and shipped.
No cancellations can be given for customized orders once processed.
No cancellations can be issued for orders already shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be accepted and processed once items have been returned to sender in the same unused, unopened and resaleable condition as delivered, including outer packaging.
Buyer pays return postage costs.

Hi there,
I'm Anna. When I'm not busy working in my local city Art Gallery creating fabulously fun learning experiences around art, I can be found enjoying all manner of creative play activities with my own kiddos at home.

I created Lily & Bee in 2022, when I joined the Party Kit Network. The network encourages people to ditch disposable partyware and hire affordable, reusable party kits instead. I set about creating a range of themed party kits which contained everything busy families needed to throw stylish, planet friendly parties!

I soon realised that people were also looking for better alternatives to the standard cheap, tacky plastic toys usually found in party bags. You know the stuff...the kids don't play with it, it lies around the house for weeks, until you eventually have enough of standing on it and chuck it in the bin!
So I created a range of high quality, handmade party favours. The aim was to focus on sustainability, and to provide gifts that not only looked lovely and would impress party guests - but that were useful and zero to low waste.
All at an affordable price point.
