We aim to dispatch your order in 62 hours of receiving the order. We send via Evri standard 2-3 working days tracked service. If you need item(s) sooner than this e.g. next day guaranteed delivery, please contact us before you place your order.
We offer a full refund (including postage costs at the lowest rate) if for any reason you decide to cancel your order, providing you have told us within 14 days of receiving the order that you want to cancel it. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us in the original packaging. The exception to this is an item that is personalised and/or made to order, where a refund will not be given. If any item (personalised or not) arrives faulty or broken, it must be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund (including postage costs at the lowest rate), or replacement. Please contact us through the Marketplace as soon as possible to discuss arrangements.
