Terms and Conditions for ‘The Welsh Business Collaboration Festive Giveaway’ Competition

The competition is organised by Odonata International Limited T/A SNOAP of 8 Raleigh Walk, Brigantine Place, Cardiff, CF10 4LN, Party Without Plastic® of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, Newbliss Crystal Infusions of 19 Kingswood Road, Monmouth NP25 5BX, and Lavender & Lemon Ltd, The Gallery, Hatherleigh Place, Union Road, Abergavenny, NP7 7RL hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or ‘Us’.

Entering the competition:

• Entries received after the stated closing date of 17:00pm GMT on 19^th December 2024 will not be accepted.
• The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
• We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@snoap.com 
• We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to everyone except employees of Odonata International Limited T/A SNOAP, Party Without Plastic®, Newbliss Crystal Infusions, and Lavender & Lemon Ltd, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and resident in the UK.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• When entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
• We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

The Draw:

• One winner will be chosen at random on Thursday 19^th December 2024 during a live video on the @snoapuk Instagram account at 17:00pm UK GMT.
• The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram (using details provided at entry) within 3 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to the message within 7 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of responding to the direct message on Instagram.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s name and County can be obtained by sending an email to info@snoap.com within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the competition. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability:
Insofar as is permitted by law, us, and our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity:
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the sample privacy notice available here. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by us, or our agents and suppliers to administer the competition and for marketing purposes.

Governing law:
This competition is governed by English and Welsh law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
