Our plant pots are made from mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms, or by-products of mushrooms. This innovative Mushroom® Packaging is:

    • Biodegradable at Home: Decomposes naturally within 45 days, no industrial composting required.
    • Rapidly Renewable: Grown in just 7 days using agricultural waste, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
    • Performance Tested: Strong, durable, and protects plants from temperature extremes and handling.

Small - 2m x 2m holding up to 200 lush plants - total price £2995 inc. VAT

Medium - 3m x 2.5m holding up to 375 lush plants - total price £3995 inc. VAT

Large - 2.5m x 4m holding up to 475 lush plants - total price £4995 inc. VAT

Please note that payment made here is for a deposit only. We will contact you once your order is received to discuss your exact requirements, final costs, and payment arrangements. There is usually a minimum lead-in time of two weeks for installations, but do please get in touch if you need something sooner and we will do our best to help.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront for all orders.
- 50% of the total amount is payable within 48 hours of order confirmation to secure your booking or production slot.
- The remaining 50% is due before dispatch, installation, or event delivery.
- Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of the initial 50% payment. Work will not commence until this deposit is received.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or as otherwise agreed in writing.


Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We deliver and install across the UK. For larger, bespoke installations or events, we can discuss delivery options further afield.
Booking Confirmation: Delivery and installation dates are only confirmed once the initial 50% payment has been received. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch or installation.
Lead Times: Standard lead times vary depending on the complexity and scale of your order. For most living wall and event installations, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For smaller print items or standard products, please allow 5–10 working days.
Sustainable Handling: All deliveries are managed with sustainability in mind, using local couriers where possible and reusable or recyclable packaging.
Delivery Charges: Delivery and installation fees are quoted individually based on location, project size, and access requirements. These will be clearly itemised in your proposal or invoice.
Installation & Removal: For event walls and temporary installations, we offer a full service including delivery, installation, and removal at pre-agreed times.
Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure access is available at the agreed time. Any delays caused by site inaccessibility may incur additional charges.
Returns & Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve them promptly.


Refund Policy

Bespoke and Living Products: Due to the custom nature of our living walls, moss walls, and bespoke installations, we do not offer refunds once production or installation has commenced, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Deposits: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once your order is confirmed and materials are sourced.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on costs already incurred.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or installation. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Event Installations: For temporary event installations, cancellations less than 7 days before the agreed date are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation costs.
Artificial Plants: We do not offer refunds for artificial plants, as these are only provided as a last resort and by special agreement.
How to Request a Refund:

Contact us by email or phone with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
