Each of our certified food safe beeswax food wraps last a year or more. They're easy to clean (just a little dish soap, cool water and a sponge), and when they've lost their stickiness (after a long time), just pop them into the compost or use as a firelighter. Nothing ever needs to go to landfill :-)

Use them to cover bowls, wrap sandwiches, keep cheeses fresh and wrap cut fruit or veg. Use them anywhere you'd usually use a bit of plastic wrap for storage!

Delivery Policy

We do our very best to fulfil orders in around one business day and get them on their way.

Your orders are sent using the most eco-friendly shipping possible!

We ship US orders using DHL's spare capacity (your orders hitchhike in the empty space on shipments going anyway) and then they go into the US Postal Service's system, which has a 3x lower carbon footprint than the couriers most businesses use (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc).

In the UK, we use Royal Mail, which has the lowest carbon footprint of any national delivery service, thanks to their "feet on the street" model, where over half of all deliveries are made wholly or partially on foot. A parcel delivered by Royal Mail has an average carbon footprint of 205g (as of 2022/3)... that's around the same carbon footprint as buying 10g of chocolate!


USPS Tracking®: All US orders are sent via the US Postal Service, which is fully trackable. If you would like updates prior to your order entering the USPS system, just drop us a message. We're happy to give you an update!


Royal Mail 2nd class: 1 or 2 sets are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class post, and customers have the option to choose Tracked 48 instead. Orders of 3 or more sets? We automatically pay for your Tracked 48 upgrade!

Refund Policy


Because of the nature of the product (food covering), we cannot accept returns when the customer changes their mind about the purchase, or it hasn't arrived in the timeframe that the customer expects (as long as we have shipped it using the customer's chosen shipping method, and within our stated processing timeframe).

However, if your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the order date and we'll be happy to send you a replacement once we've assessed the problem. Please provide as much detail as you can in your email to us (photos are helpful!). We will provide a self-addressed stamped envelope for you to return the faulty item to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalised products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Once we have received the order back and confirmed that it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, we will refund you for the cost of the items, less any postage costs that we have/will incur.

Royal Mail 2nd Class orders lost in the post

Where a customer chooses to have their order sent Royal Mail 2nd class instead of one of the tracked options, the order will be sent without tracking or insured against loss. This means that we do not know where in Royal Mail's system it is, and if it fails to arrive, we can only provide a refund if the parcel is returned to sender (us) by Royal Mail as undelivered/undeliverable. In that case we will refund the customer for the order, less any postage cost incurred by us to send it.

We strongly urge customers to choose one of the tracked shipping options available in order to insure against loss.
