Did you know that the number of hedgehogs here in the UK have declined from over 30 million in the 1950s to an estimated less than 1 million today? There are lots of reasons for this, but loss of habitat is significant. There is some good news though – by opening our gardens and giving even just a small part of them back to nature, we can support our hedgehog population to survive and thrive.
In looking for new products to add to our collection, we couldn’t resist these wonderful hedgehog mix seed ball tins. Each tin contains 20 seed balls, which is enough to cover 1 square metre in a garden bed or 3-5 medium sized pots. A wildflower patch is a super addition to creating a hedgehog friendly garden, not only in providing shelter but importantly to attract a whole range of tasty insects for hedgehogs to feed on.
Each seed ball contains approximately 30 seeds from a mix of Yellow Rattle, Wild Carrot, Birdsfoot Trefoil, Tufted Vetch, Self Heal and Poppy. Best scattered in Spring or Autumn.
And that’s not all! Proceeds from the sale of every tin go directly to support the People’s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES) and their conservation work.
All seed balls are made in the UK and these gorgeous tins are a perfect party or wedding favour for guests to take home and remember your special day when the flowers bloom.

Delivery Policy
We aim to have your order ready for despatch within 48 hours or sooner of receiving it. We offer 3-5 working day delivery as standard, with tracking details provided. If you need your item(s) sooner than this e.g. next day guaranteed delivery, please select from the options at checkout, or contact us before placing your order.
We only ship within the UK. Our preferred courier is Royal Mail who currently have the lowest reported carbon footprint per delivery thanks to the fact that over half of their parcel delivery routes are wholly or partially on foot.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order. Free standard delivery is offered for orders £20 or over.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund (including postage costs at the standard rate) if for any reason you wish to return the order, provided you have told us within 14 days of receiving the order that you want to cancel it. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us (unopened, un-used, and in the original packaging if possible).
No refunds will be given on any items that are personalised and/or made to order, unless the item arrives faulty or is broken. If this is the case, then contact us as quickly as possible through the Marketplace, and we can make arrangements for you to return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund (including postage costs at the standard rate), or replacement.
