Delivery Policy
Order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but please do contact me if you have a shorter timescale. I use Royal Mail 1st class recorded for all orders.
Refund Policy
For returns, please contact me within 14 days of purchase. I will then send details of how to return your order, which should be returned within 14 days. Please note personalised or custom orders cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
